Break Time

As Scooby says “Take a break”. We shall do that now.

I know there has been a lot of work going on the past few weeks and let’s now catch our breath.

What did you think of the exercises? Did you come up with new ways of living each day? Do you think they have been good for your life?

Well, I must say I found them very interesting in terms of taking a deep look at my life today. I have been trying to do my best on releasing all the negative energy from within this mind, body, and soul of mine and I can honestly say these exercises are a great help!

Today, I decided we would just breathe. Let’s sit back and close our eyes and just be. Don’t think-remember if the thoughts start invading your quiet all you have to do is say “Yes to the thoughts” and they should subside. I found that sitting like this is quite therapeutic and I enjoy my quiet time. No thoughts of what meals I plan to have, where the kids are, what needs to be attended to at home, work, or play. Just silence.

I do want to share something with you. With working from home, I have time in between calls after I catch up on the current updates and information, I will color from my adult coloring book. This I realized is a form of meditating for me and I find it helps me maintain my focus in the present moment. There are many things we do to help our brains stay active and focused and this is just one way for me. I also love to do word searches, play Wooduko on my phone, write, and read for my podcast-The Frances Roberta Podcast-where I read as a regular person with no editing done. (You can find my podcast here.)

What do you do to maintain your focus? Have you put much thought into this subject? Maybe you should. You never know how long you will be here on this Earth, so keep that brain of yours sharp as a tack while you can!

I am here if you want to discuss anything. You can email me at francesroberta95@outlook.com anytime and I will respond within 24 hours.

Remember-I am here for you! Have a great week everyone!
